Lincoln Mill’s Dye House is busy with construction as its confirmed tenants are getting spaces ready for business. Last week, the first concept—THREE15—opened its doors with a grand opening celebration complete with drinks, hors d’oeuvres, giveaways, and more. The fitness-focused studio is a three-in-one facility offering classes that combine cycling, strength training, and barre exercises designed to keep members entertained, motivated, and successful.
Layered gelati, Italian ice, and soft ice cream will soon be available at the newly renovated Hughes Plaza in Madison thanks to a concept that’s growing quickly throughout the southeast. Jeremiah’s Italian Ice, a frozen treat shop that’s been serving sweet tooths since 1996, plans to open its first North Alabama location in a 2,048 square foot space between Just Love Coffee and Absolute Nutrition. Owners Todd and Alexis Bentley anticipate the opening to be in late summer or early fall 2022.

Chattanooga-based company, High Point Climbing and Fitness, is set to bring more world-class climbing to Huntsville with the addition of a new climbing and training facility just north of the city center. This new site will be located within the historic Lincoln Mill development and offer area climbers around 11,000 square feet of bouldering terrain and training space. The new High Point location will also feature hydraulically adjustable training walls and a full pro-shop stocked with all the top brands of climbing equipment. High Point’s new Huntsville facility is slated to open by the end of 2022.
