Stovehouse-Aerial-1

At Crunkleton, we do our best to keep everyone informed about progress at major developments throughout the city. The Huntsville/Madison area is growing at a rapid pace, and it’s always exciting to see new projects come to life.

Here are a few quick construction updates at some of our major developments.

Stovehouse

Many of our recent announcements have been about the tenant lineup at Stovehouse. We’ve shared the names of several new businesses that will be joining the repurposed food, office, and event hub. And we’ve showcased a few of the coming restaurants at the food garden too. Construction is moving along fast, and we thought you’d like to see a sneak peek of the process!

The food garden is scheduled for a March 2019 opening. In the coming months, restaurants will build out spaces and prepare signage. Lawn games will also be a part of the fun at the food garden once it’s open!

An aerial view shows roofs removed from the historic Martin Stove building, revealing a system of active alleyways and green spaces that will connect office, restaurant, retail and event spaces.

Looking at construction from the same perspective as the rendering—a view from 9th Street—it’s easy to see that things are quickly coming together!

Times Plaza

Last time we shared an update on Times Plaza, we showed everyone the new renderings of the coming center. This mixed-use retail/office development will be home to many tenants—restaurants, boutiques, and businesses.

Construction has come a long way since our last photos of the site. In March, the property had been cleared and was ready for construction to begin.

But now, the bones of the buildings are being assembled every day and commuters are watching it morph into the rendering displayed on the Crunkleton leasing sign at the property.

Check back soon as we announce tenants that will be joining Times Plaza!

Williamsburg Plaza

Designed with a blend of modern and Colonial Williamsburg-style features, the 8,200 square foot Williamsburg Plaza is 100-percent complete! Bank Independent and Aspen Dental found a home at this property on the corner of Highway 72 and Nance Road and are open for business.

There is still one space left at this bank-anchored site. If you’re interested in the 2,139 square foot space that remains, contact Zac Buckley to hear more.

Because it’s situated in a major retail corridor in Madison, the site has ample traffic. It’s also adjacent to the Strong Station development where frequented restaurants and retailers like Hobby Lobby, Academy Sports, Sprouts Farmers Market, and Another Broken Egg are located.

You can find out more about the property by clicking here! Or call 256-536-8809.
