Originally from Tennessee, Zac studied business management at Samford University. After moving to Huntsville in 2001, Zac started out his career in banking, wealth management, and financial planning.

In 2010, Zac joined Crunkleton and has since become the VP of Leasing for the commercial real estate group where he handles development, leasing, sale, and acquisitions of retail centers in numerous markets. He also represents retailers and developers in site selection.

He currently represents national tenants including Massage Envy, Pet Supplies Plus, and Jersey Mike’s Subs. Zac was awarded VEREIT’s 2016 Leasing Broker of the Year Award.

Outside his work here at the office, Zac sits on the local board for the Autism Society of Alabama and can most often be found golfing, reading, watching sports, enjoying a thoroughbred race or savoring a fine glass of single malt scotch.
